In the proposed intervention area 'CIS 17 - San Giuliano' the following four areas have been identified: the historic settlement of Villa Cacherano d'Osasco, the private green areas surrounding it and the annexed surface and underground parking;

The new residential settlement organised according to a court-type design with longitudinal axis oriented north-south, close to and orthogonally to Via Carducci, with a large number of underground pertinential parking lots and private green areas; new building for public function and interest, areas intended for district green spaces and parkings.
