The project provides new spaces to be used for public activities and community purposes. 
The buildings are located on an unoccupied area of about 1400 m2 , with two sides facing public streets and two sides adjacent to private properties. The project is composed by two buildings in a row arranged opposite each other to enclose a public pedestrian space with green areas and paved portions.
 
The buildings consist of two above-ground floors and will be enhanced by a terrace deck available for social and community events.
At the ground floor, directly accessible from the public road, there are spaces for public and commercial functions, while the first floor accommodates studio and two-roomed flats.
