The central building, two floors above ground, contains the double-height entrance space, the main vertical connections (stairs and elevators) and a control and information area.

 

The side wings, two floors above ground, contain the offices for the public and the spaces relating to the Mayor's office. The isolated building, located to close the courtyard, was created to contain the council chamber accessible independently from the municipal headquarters.

 

The structure of the council hall is characterized by an entrance located in the north wing and a volume containing the room and the main services relating to it.
